Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well established team. This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service, and helping clients protect their most valuable assets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance clients, ensuring high-quality service and support
- Servicing accounts in every aspect (billing, invoicing, assisting with claims, renewals, etc)
- Experience with Home, Auto, Umbrella,etc and knowledge of major carriers and non-standard
- Full knowledge of insurance products, coverages and rating procedures, and carrier guidelines to effectively manage, maintain, and write new business and service the policies of clients and/or prospects.
- Stay current with insurance market trends, policy changes, and carrier updates
- This position is in office
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in personal lines insurance
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Customer focused mindset with a problem solving attitude
- Profciency in AMS360
