As a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Practice Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our dental practices deliver exceptional service while fostering an engaged and efficient team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a patient-centered office atmosphere that guarantees outstanding care and service.
  • Supervise both front and back office staff to cultivate a cohesive team.
  • Review and analyze office production to pinpoint areas for enhanced efficiency, patient retention, and profitability.
  • Manage office operations, including bookkeeping, invoice processing, cash control, payroll preparation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Establish and manage office budgets, ensuring proper procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Guide the recruitment, retention, and termination processes of staff, while collaborating with HR to resolve any employee issues.
  • Oversee the processing of dental insurance claims and collaborate with HMO and PPO dental plans to present treatment options to patients.
  • Utilize advanced software systems for data management and reporting.
  • Ensure all state dental laws are followed, maintain a safe work environment, and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Preferred: Prior dental or healthcare management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in computer use (Denticon experience is a plus).
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
