Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an HVAC Project Manager in Lexington, KY to lead commercial HVAC installations and coordinate teams on mid-to-large scale projects.

Impact

• Deliver profitable projects through effective planning and cost management

• Ensure quality installations by supervising skilled field teams

• Build lasting client relationships through professional project delivery

• Drive operational success through efficient scheduling and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC installation projects from planning through commissioning

• Coordinate with estimating teams during project buyout and planning phases

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

• Review submittals, shop drawings, and equipment selections

• Conduct weekly jobsite meetings with general contractors and trades

• Track costs and manage change orders to maintain profitability

• Supervise field foremen and ensure safety compliance

• Communicate project status and resolve issues with clients

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience

• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and installation

• Experience managing projects $1M+ in value

• Proficiency with project management software

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management

• Experience with design-build project delivery

• Knowledge of BIM coordination and prefabrication

• OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification
