Role Description:
  • Good experience as Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
  • Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formulas.
  • Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.T
  • he Ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.
Desirable Skills:
  • Work with offshore onshore team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Extensive Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience based on business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources.
  • Act as the subject matter expert leading client to architect design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Labor
  • Should have conducted client workshops/configuration/ on the module
  • Experience in creating workflow and security for the module
