This role is ideal for a licensed professional with strong leadership skills, a trauma-informed approach, and a passion for building effective, patient-centered programs. As the Clinical Director, you will provide oversight, mentorship, and accountability for a team of clinicians while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for clients and families. Key Responsibilities Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to clinical staff. Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policies. Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and quality assurance initiatives. Foster a collaborative, professional, and trauma-informed environment. Model appropriate boundaries, professionalism, and client-focused care. Support ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
