Compensation: Enjoy competitive hourly pay ranging from $30.07 to $45.11.

Your Role Includes:

• Troubleshooting equipment issues using precision measuring and testing tools.
• Assisting fellow maintenance personnel with urgent and routine repairs.
• Repairing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and related control systems.
• Interpreting blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals.
• Conducting tests and making chemical adjustments for boiler chemicals and wastewater pre-treatment systems.
• Performing daily and weekly safety inspections on boilers and necessary repairs.
• Inspecting motors, belts, fluid levels, and replacing filters according to established procedures.
• Conducting basic welding to repair facilities and equipment.
• Maintaining equipment by cleaning and lubricating parts as outlined in technical manuals.
• Utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for effective workflow.
• Completing additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in industrial maintenance of facilities and equipment is essential.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in repairing industrial processing equipment within a production environment is required. Relevant military experience may be accepted.
• Candidates must pass UniFirst's maintenance knowledge assessment for employment eligibility.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is mandatory.
• Ability to comprehend maintenance literature in English is necessary.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
• Experience with Lockout/Tagout procedures is essential.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed is required.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs is required.
