Our client is a Global Investment Fund with more then $300 Billion in AUM that has been growing within Private Equity and Tech Fund Sectors;

They have opened a new role as a AVP/VP of Transactions supporting their Investment/Deal Team. This team covers the middle office of transaction support including Tech deal structuring and due diligence. Their teams has about 5ppl and seeking someone that can work with internal stakeholders throughout teams being a point of contact with Investment team.

Responsibilities

  • Support Tech Investment/Deal Team; working with Finance, Tax, and Legal to close deals.
  • Analyze transaction equity documents and direct finance funding
  • Handle inquires from internal and external team
  • Manage transactions and deal pipeline

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree is a Must, Master's a plus
  • 5+ years experienced in executing Technology deals
  • Strong Experience analyzing deal documents
