ObGyn physician job in New York :
HEADLINE: Long Island (Suffolk County, very desirable area, good school system): Two Ob/Gyns are needed to join a very successful and long established single-specialty private practice group. They have a support staff of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Excellent weekday and weekend on call schedule. Admit to one community hospital (level 2 nursery) with neonatologists and perinatologists on staff. Their second hospital is a teaching hospital. It has a level 3 nursery (NICU), Robotic equipment, etc. Very good mixture of Ob and Gyn. Offering a choice of partnership or employed position. $ Excellent combination of earning potential and lifestyle
LOCATION: Suffolk County, Long Island
- Their two offices and two hospitals that they admit to are all located in a very desirable area of Suffolk County Long Island.
- This is a very desirable location. It is close to the water and is excellent for sailing and boating activities.
- The population that they service is multi-ethnic.
- This location also has a very good school system.
- Their two offices and hospitals are about a one-hour commute to Manhattan.

PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:
- Two Ob/Gyn physicians are needed to join a very successful and busy single-specialty private practice group.
- They also have an excellent support staff consisting of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
- Established many years ago, these two excellent Ob/Gyn positions are a result of increased growth and expansion of their practice, patient base and service area.
- Call Schedule: You will enjoy an excellent weekday and weekend on call schedule
- This busy and successful practice performs a respectable volume of Ob deliveries, office Gyn and Gyn surgeries.
- If the new Ob/Gyn physician has laparoscopic robotic surgical skills, that would be a plus and welcomed. However, this skill is not required.
- If the candidate needs to be mentored concerning the above-mentioned skills, it will be available.
- Their Ob/Gyn physicians work at two offices that are only ten minutes apart.
- One office is located ten minutes and their second office is located fifteen minutes from their main hospital.
- Community Hospital: Their Ob/Gyn physicians predominantly admit to a full-service community hospital where they perform their OB deliveries. It has a Level 2 nursery. They also have one Perinatologist and one Neonatologist on staff.
- Teaching Hospital: For their high-risk deliveries, they admit to a teaching hospital that is located about one-half hour away. It has a level 3 nursery (NICU). It also has DaVinci Robotic equipment. They also have both Perinatologists and Neonatologists on staff.
- Availability: Both Ob/Gyn residents completing their training during 2022 and in June of 2023 as well as Ob/Gyn physicians already in practice are both welcome to apply and will be all strongly considered.
FINANCIAL COMPENSATION:
- This very successful practice is offering a choice: Partnership opportunity or employed position.
- They are also offering a very competitive starting base salary.It will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, etc.
