Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Hearing Aid Specialist to join our client's team in Schenectady, New York. In this role, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and evaluations.
- Provide personalized recommendations and fit hearing aids based on individual needs.
- Perform hearing aid repairs, adjustments, and maintenance.
- Educate patients on the use and care of hearing aids.
- Maintain accurate records of patient assessments and follow-ups.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to build trust and loyalty.
- Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in New York State.
- Proven experience in hearing aid fitting and patient care.
