A Typical Day...
Helping others is at the heart of our work, allowing you to witness the positive impact firsthand. As you empower individuals to make confident decisions about their lives, careers, and finances, you will develop rewarding relationships with clients that deepen over time. Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Specialist means you will focus on impressing clients now and building lasting connections for the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work varied hours and/or in different locations
- Sales or marketing experience is advantageous
Your Contributions:
- Welcoming clients in a friendly and personalized manner and answering phone inquiries
- Matching clients with the most suitable tax professional for their requirements
- Scheduling client appointments in line with their preferences
- Ensuring all client needs are met during service interactions—whether in-person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintaining an organized and clean office environment in collaboration with team members
- Performing additional duties as assigned
