Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers.
  • Enhance your skills while working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy inspections on vehicles.
  • Collaborate effectively with the service department to address customer concerns.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization in the workplace.
  • Partner with fellow technicians to solve problems and achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications:

  • Strong diagnostic skills for both mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • ASE Certifications are preferred but not required; a plan to achieve them is welcome.
  • Meet or exceed productivity goals consistently.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
  • Commitment to long-term career growth.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to work with tools on vehicles raised above one’s head.
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces as needed for repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Capable of walking/standing for most of the workday.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
  • Proficient in navigating a computer for job-related tasks.
