About the Role
Are you ready to take your project management skills to the next level in the exciting world of congress planning? As a Meeting Planner, Congresses, you'll oversee the magic behind our client's presence at large scale pharmaceutical industry congresses and conventions, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Collaborate with a dynamic planning team and establish invaluable connections with industry professionals for housing, congress registration and ancillary events. If you're looking for an engaging challenge and a chance to shine, this could be the perfect fit

You're Good At

• Leading and managing multiple congress projects simultaneously
• Navigating budgeting and compliance requirements with ease
• Communicating effectively with clients and suppliers
• Crafting and maintaining registration forms and event communications
• Coordinating on-site logistics and ensuring operational excellence
  

You Might Also Have

• A four-year degree in business or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in congress or meeting planning
• Proven success managing events in the life sciences sector
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Up to 50% travel capability and a valid passport

• This role is virtual and operates in the Eastern Time Zone. Candidates must be located in the US.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Planner, Congresses (Pharma) is between $57,000 - $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
