Job Description Summary
The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Medical University of South Carolina seeks energetic, highly motivated, talented clinician-educators and clinician-scholars to advance our broad clinical, teaching, and research missions. This is an excellent part-time opportunity from both an academic and a clinical perspective, with the expectation to pick up 1-2 shifts per month when shift coverage is available and needed. Involvement directly in the academic mission is welcomed and encouraged and professionalism expectations are equivalent to full-time faculty.

Job Description

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Emergency Medicine Residency Program and be board-eligible or board-certified by ABEM. We seek candidates with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within diverse academic and clinical environments. Candidates will enter at the Clinical Assistant Professor level.
