Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new client relationships through face-to-face and virtual strategies, including networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and priorities to create tailored, comprehensive strategies for achieving their financial objectives.
  • Manage the branch’s processes and responsibilities to deliver a seamless client experience aligned with the firm’s standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical practices.
  • Collaborate with your branch team to create, monitor, and enhance the business plan, driving effectiveness and desired outcomes.

Compensation:

Our innovative compensation program is designed to support and reward you as you hone your skills in a client-focused business model. This includes trainee pay, supplemental salary for the first five years, commissions, and compensation for new client assets gathered during this period.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred or relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in financial services or sales is advantageous.
  • Registration, licensing, or certification in financial services is a plus.
  • A strong professional or military career progression is beneficial.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Candidate must obtain the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, with support provided during the paid study period.
  • All FINRA registrations must be completed within three months; state insurance licenses will also be required.
  • Ongoing training and continuing education are essential to maintain licenses.
