As a KidStrong Sales Associate, you’ll be working directly with the General Manager to create an amazing environment where coaches, kids, and families thrive. Your mission? Drive sales, keep members happier than a kid in a candy store, and make every day at KidStrong extraordinary
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales:
Man the Phones: Work with your General Manager to call leads and grow the center using our center's CRM tools. Make outgoing phone calls, texts, and emails.
Have a Passion for the KidStrong Product: We truly believe KidStrong is an easy sell once families get in the door and experience it for themselves. Help us get these families into the center.
Customer Service:
Create a Community: Have daily engagement with members, prospects and leads, and attend local events to spread the KidStrong magic far and wide.
Be a Positive Presence in the Center: Greet new prospects and new and current members. Help members with class changes, membership questions, and class check-ins..
We want to hear from people who have:
Experience working with or coaching kids – a passion for child development is a must
Stellar communication skills with both kids and parents (juggling flaming torches optional).
A positive, energetic attitude

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in outbound phone sales is strongly preferred (300+ calls/week is a typical outbound phone sales effort)
Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts
Be promotional-oriented and have the ability to schedule trials with a thorough vetting process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with an open, participative leadership style and drive for excellence.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
Fitness, retail, and/or hospitality industry experience preferred.
