About the Opportunity Volvo Cars Eugene is seeking a talented and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team

We operate out of a spacious, state-of-the-art facility designed to provide our customers with the ultimate car buying and servicing experience. Our modern showroom features a welcoming environment with complimentary refreshments, Wi-Fi, and charging stations—making it a fantastic place to work and sell.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate professional behavior at all times.

  • Product Expertise: Acquire and maintain deep product knowledge, with the ability to clearly verbalize the features and benefits of all vehicle models.

  • Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process with transparency and enthusiasm.

  • Continuous Learning: Actively participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs to stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license (Required).

  • Prior automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to succeed.
