Your Impact as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor

As a Regional Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance operations for single-family rental homes, focusing on the following:

• Leading a skilled team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests and uphold a superior resident experience.

• Monitoring and managing maintenance expenditures to strike an effective balance between financial performance, resident satisfaction, and property upkeep.

• Collaborating closely with property management staff to foster a proactive and efficient team focused on achieving our goals.

• Identifying, onboarding, and coordinating with local contractors when necessary.

• Conducting field visits to address complex resident service issues and providing technical guidance to maintenance staff as needed.

• Recruiting, training, and mentoring maintenance technicians and supervisors within the regional team.

• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.

Your Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in construction, renovation, and maintenance, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of residential construction and mechanical systems, capable of performing tasks in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, HVAC, and more.

• Proficient with personal computers, smartphones, and business applications; eager to learn new software systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational and time-management abilities; outstanding customer service aptitude.

• Capable of basic mathematical functions and understanding budgets.

• Valid driver's license and requisite automobile insurance; additional licensing or certifications as per state law may be required.

• Certifications such as EPA Certification (Type I and II) and CPO (pool) certification are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Commitment to regular attendance, including weekends and holidays if necessary, and effective communication via phone or email when on duty.

• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and effectively communicate and negotiate with team members and residents.

Salary Range: $61,650.00 - $106,860.00, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
