Join a leading healthcare organization in the heart of Silicon Valley as a Nurse Director overseeing Maternal Child Health services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, experienced nurse leader to shape patient care standards across multiple units within a major hospital system.
About the Role:
In this highly influential leadership role, you'll be responsible for:
  • Strategic planning, operations, and best-practice implementation across maternal child health services
  • Leading multiple care units and collaborating with physicians, clinical teams, and outside providers
  • Managing patient and employee safety, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance
  • Directing budget development and financial oversight for the department
  • Driving quality improvement initiatives and emergency preparedness strategies
This role requires strong organizational leadership, clinical acumen, and a commitment to improving patient care delivery in a 24/7 acute care setting.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current California RN license
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Master's Degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in patient care delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership role and 2 years managing budgets
  • Background in Maternal Child Health and Labor & Delivery
  • BLS certification
