Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Data Platform Engineer specializing in Kafka. We are looking for innovative and skilled professionals who are eager to contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Experience in designing and developing modules for event collection, normalization, and correlation across multi-vendor network domains.
  • Proficiency in building rules, probes, gateways, and policies within FM platforms such as IBM Netcool/NOI.
  • Strong skills in developing custom adapters and APIs for system integrations.
  • Capability to implement logic for alarm enrichment, delay, threshold management, and root cause analysis.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with configuring and refining FM database and message bus efficiency.
  • Familiarity with integrating FM systems with various management and ticketing systems.
  • Knowledge of implementing automation using NOI Runbooks, Ansible, and AI/ML engines.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Define fault correlation across domains and perform service impact assessments.
  • Develop event-driven automation and closed-loop scenarios, including auto-ticketing and auto-healing.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enable predictive fault analytics and anomaly detection.
  • Contribute to the development of AI-based FM assistants for various analytical processes.
