We have an immediate need for caring, compassionate, and reliable Caregivers within Fairfield County Our Caregiver positions pay up to $15/hour. We are also offering paid training, competitive benefits, COVID training, and PPE.

Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to the clients of Collaborative Home Care. At Collaborative, we place an emphasis on take time to get to know our clients – their background, personality, and interests – to create a deeper, personalized connection.  Caregivers provide care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living like assisting with personal care, exercise and mobility, medication reminders, record keeping, meal preparation, laundry, grocery shopping, escorting or accompanying to appointments, respite care, light housekeeping, companionship, conversation, and much more Caregivers must be able to work with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for the maintenance of a professional relationship with the client in accordance with Collaborative Home Care policies and standards.

Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 1-year experience in caregiving for seniors
  • A love for the senior community
  • A compassionate and upbeat attitude
  • Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
  • Dedication to professional development
  • Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
  • Possess a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
  • Possess a state ID, and a valid second form of ID, such as a social security card, birth certificate, or passport
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Pass a background check and drug testing per company standards
