Join our dynamic team as a Shift Leader, where you will play a vital role in enhancing Guest satisfaction through effective management of finances, operations, and Team Members. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurant operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring excellence in service and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant operations on your shifts, including labor management, inventory control, and Guest feedback.
  • Clearly communicate production directions to Team Members to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Lead by example, working diligently to implement the shift plan for smooth operations.
  • Encourage teamwork by delegating tasks effectively, ensuring all operations comply with company standards.
  • Inspire Team Members to exceed Guest expectations by providing quality food and friendly service in a clean environment.
  • Address and resolve Guest feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train and motivate Team Members on various workstations throughout the shift.
  • Ensure adherence to government regulations, food safety standards, and company policies during your shift.
  • Proactively report any violations of safety or security protocols to restaurant management and implement immediate corrective actions.
  • Encourage compliance with loss control procedures to maintain a safe environment for Guests and Team Members.
  • Complete all necessary documentation for cash reporting, inventory control, and scheduling.
  • May also perform primary duties outlined in the Team Member job description as needed.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance on scheduled shifts.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of all necessary company certification programs.
  • English language proficiency preferred.
  • Willingness to travel is a plus.
