Customer Care Representative/Account Manager

As a key member of the order management process, you'll build lasting relationships with customers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

- Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness within 24 hours
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer specifications and order timelines
- Communicate with customers on order status, delays, and alternatives
- Prepare customer price quotes and coordinate sample requests
- Track and forecast key account metrics, helping drive business growth
- Capture and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutions
- Support our sales team with technical information and internal coordination
- Education: 4-year degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, sales, or account management
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and other business applications
- Preferred: Experience managing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs and supervisory experience for senior-level applicants
