We are seeking a skilled and dependable Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential plumbing systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair leaks, clogs, fixtures, and other plumbing issues
  • Install and maintain residential plumbing systems
  • Educate homeowners on system use and recommended solutions
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service
  • Use ServiceTitan to document work, estimates, and recommendations
  • Follow safety standards, codes, and company policies
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
  • Valid driver's license and required plumbing license/certification
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied conditions
