CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is offering a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager position at a large Federal agency. Base pay ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, plus benefits as outlined below.

Employment Details

Full?time; Department: Legal.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all eDiscovery needs.
  • Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
  • Generate batches of records for review and production sweeps/set creation in Relativity.
  • Develop, modify, and implement workflows and essential resources to progress work through the system.
  • Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and final work product.
  • Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish informed project schedules based on activities, sequences, dependencies, work effort, and resource requirements.
  • Participate in project tasks including kick?off call preparation, documentation of workflows, standards, and project closure tasks such as final billing and data destruction.
  • Maintain an understanding of e?discovery, market competitors, and tools used in the industry.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions.
  • 3 years of progressively responsible experience on major lit support projects.
  • 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast?paced, agile environment.
  • Experience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM.
  • U.S. citizen; ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (active preferred).
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; JD highly preferred.
  • Experience with Government software policies and procedures.

  • Federal Agency issued security clearance.
