- Updating and managing issue tracking software.
- Providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Communicating directly with clients to understand their needs.
- Managing version control for code changes.
- Exploring and researching new technologies to implement into our projects.
- Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.
- Conducting training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Continually upgrading your own skills and knowledge.
- Evaluating candidates during the hiring process to build our team.
