Role Overview

As our Hospitality Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier service and creating a world-class gaming experience. You'll oversee daily front-of-house management shifts, ensuring our guests enjoy every moment they spend with us.

Your mission? To build a stellar service foundation, foster talent, and keep the adrenaline pumping both on and off the track. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and a knack for maximizing financial performance are key.

Salary: $70,000 + Performance Based Bonus

Key responsibilities of a Hospitality Manager are:

• Supervise daily shift operations to ensure smooth sailing.
• Execute F1 Arcade's marketing initiatives, promotions, private events, and race watch parties with flair.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, talent development, and spotting opportunities.
• Manage the venue budget and create service and runner schedules.
• Address team member issues and complaints with tact and efficiency.
• Develop your team with regular meetings and one-on-ones, providing ongoing performance coaching.
• Adhere to company procedures, including cash handling and crisis management.
• Ensure top-notch food and beverage quality through regular checks and tastings.
• Hire, train, and nurture team members to ensure a high retention rate.
• Understand and report on Workers' Compensation and General Liability claims accurately.

The ideal Hospitality Manager will have the following skills:

• 2+ years in management within a high-volume restaurant or entertainment setting.

• Ready to roll with an average of 55 hours per week.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a large team, handle tough situations, and maintain high standards.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Financial acumen to interpret a P&L statement is a must.
• Hospitality management degree preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable with computer systems and various software.
