Your Role & Impact:
  • Advocate for residents, safeguarding their mental, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Provide guidance to families, assisting them in navigating care choices with confidence.
  • Guarantee adherence to state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans that address each resident's unique needs.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive community where every resident feels heard and valued.
What You Bring:

• Degree in Social Services and a current Texas Social Worker license.
• A passion for person-centered advocacy and care.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to effectively collaborate with residents, families, and team members.
