Inventory Coordinator

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory operations within a high-volume food manufacturing environment in Fairfield, CA This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor while also managing essential inventory data and analysis.
What You'll Do
- Support daily inventory activity across 100-300+ locations
- Perform cycle counts and resolve variances accurately and efficiently
- Use scan guns and ERP/SAP systems to maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and IC team members
- Split time between the floor (60%) and desk-based responsibilities (40%)
- 1-3 years of inventory or supply chain experience
- Strong cycle count experience
- Excel skills (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
- Experience using a scan gun
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

The budgeted pay for this role is $22-26 per hour.
