What You'll Do
We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented operator to run our digital finishing equipment and help deliver high-quality printed labels and packaging.
In this role, you'll:
- Set up and operate finishing machines to meet production goals
- Complete start-up checklists and follow job specs
- Inspect labels using a video monitor for quality and accuracy
- Flag and track defective labels
- Record label counts and complete simple production paperwork
- Keep your area clean and perform basic maintenance
- Communicate with the next shift about job or machine updates
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of machine operation experience (printing or manufacturing preferred)
- Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
- Basic math and ruler-reading ability
- Team-player attitude - willing to jump in and help wherever needed
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
