Infoblox is seeking a Business Analyst to support an IT strategy and operations team amidst the decommissioning of their legacy application tracking platform. This role will focus on rebuilding the enterprise application catalog and designing a temporary solution for application portfolio management, preparing for a future ServiceNow migration. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with building custom solutions, and the ability to create structured solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key responsibilities include:
• Responsible for creating a temporary enterprise application catalog (or similar structure)
• Designing and implementing a temporary solution for application portfolio management
• Gathering and structuring 3rd-party application data to prepare for future ServiceNow migration
• Exploring dashboard-capable platforms to present and organize application data
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate data capture and reporting

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Architectural experience building custom, organizational solutions using large data sets
• Strong, hands on solutioning skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Lists, PowerBI)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• ServiceNow experience
• Experience with Smartsheets or Productiv
• Knowledge of integration frameworks and enterprise standards

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
