Description

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Mental Health Specialist for the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Unit. We are looking for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide essential support to youth aged 5-17.

Per-Diem/Day Shift

This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in developing treatment plans and conducting patient assessments. Our caregivers provide evidence-based and trauma-informed care, both in group settings and through individual therapy. Under supervision, you will implement patient safety plans and utilize established therapeutic approaches to optimize mental health outcomes. Experience in acute mental healthcare and an understanding of Collaborative Problem Solving are highly preferred.

SOCIAL WORKER LCSW

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School.
  • Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
  • 2 years of relevant Social Work experience, which may include CSWA experience.

MIN: $39.73 Max: $61.68

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field.
  • Oregon Professional Counselor License upon hire.
  • 2 years of post-master's experience in behavioral health.

MIN: $39.73 Max: $61.68

LICENSED MARRIAGE FAMILY THERAPIST

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Family Therapy.
  • Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire.
  • 2 years of post-master's experience in behavioral health.
