Budget Analyst

- Review contracts and update grant budgets in financial systems
- Monitor grant spending and prepare monthly budget reports
- Ensure accurate and timely grant billing, adhering to requirements
- Reconcile accounts, manage collections, and prepare financial analyses
- Assist with budget modifications, new grant setups, and audits
- Collaborate with finance and program staff to maintain data accuracy
- Advanced Excel and Netsuite Required
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting & previous experience with contract and budget analysis required
