Join Sepal in an exciting research study aimed at defining work excellence for professionals in event planning. We are seeking experienced participants to help us establish valuable benchmarks within the industry. As a participant, you will share your professional journey, craft field-specific screening questions, and document notable work projects as case studies.

Sample Job Titles: Event Planner, Meeting Planner, Conference Coordinator, Event Coordinator, Convention Planner.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience in meeting, convention, and event planning
  • Fluency in English
  • Residency in the United States
  • Access to a laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet connection
  • Proficient with technology: comfortable using messaging, video calls, and file uploads
  • Capability to follow detailed instructions and work independently on online tasks

Compensation and Work Logistics:

  • Hourly pay ranging from $34 to $80, with additional task bonuses based on experience and suitability
  • Bi-weekly payments, based on tracked and approved hours
  • Engagement as a 1099 independent contractor; at-will employment
  • Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, completing tasks anywhere and anytime as long as deadlines are met
  • Current employment in the field is not a requirement
