A leader in eye care is seeking a skilled Medical Optometrist to join a full-service, state-of-the-art ophthalmic practice, has proudly served the Cleveland area since 1943. Our commitment to patient care and comfort is our top priority, and we specialize in helping individuals reach their full visual potential through leading-edge eye care excellence.. With over 40 years of delivering exceptional patient care and innovation, we are the go-to destination for ophthalmology care in Ohio and Michigan.

You will join a well-established, multispecialty ophthalmic practice. You will gain an existing robust practice and have the ability to immediately build a busy schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity for new graduates and experienced Optometrists alike. If you are searching for a practice where you can grow, set roots, and work with an experienced and collaborative group of providers, you have found the right place.

  • Average 25 patients per day
  • Cover 3 clinics (Brecksville, Avon Pointe, and Beachwood); schedules are made well in advance and no traveling to more than 1 clinic per day.
  • MD/OD co-management model
  • In-house optical
  • Net add due to growth/demand from community
  • Medical + vision
  • Strong base salary (DOE) + net collections bonus
