Are you a data-driven problem solver who loves SQL and uncovering insights and influencing business decisions? As a Business Intelligence Analyst at Central Payments, you'll turn complex data into actionable strategies that drive success in sales, pricing, and portfolio management. If you have a passion for analytics and a knack for interpreting data, this position is for you

What You'll Do
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
• Develop integrated views of data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
• Build and manage reporting for Central Payments' programs and products.
• Conduct root cause analysis and performance modeling to identify leading indicators.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for sales initiatives and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Information Systems to enhance data management processes.
• Automate business processes such as billing and reconciliations using SQL.
• Create intuitive data visualizations for clear and actionable insights.

What You Bring
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, R, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, SSRS).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.
• A combination of education and experience will be considered.
