Treasury Director

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Treasury Director to join their team for a hybrid role. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $180,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement investment strategies to maximize returns on surplus funds.
• Oversee daily cash flow management and forecasting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead and mentor the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage the company's debt portfolio, including issuance and repayment of debt.
• Provide analysis and recommendations on financial performance and strategies.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Negotiate banking services and fees to optimize cost efficiency.
• Support strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of cash management, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
