Compensation: $52,000-55,000/year
Vaco is partnering with a growing law firm that is seeking a dedicated Conflicts Specialist to manage the conflict analysis process and serve as the primary gatekeeper for all new matters and clients. This role requires an independent, detail-oriented professional with prior conflicts experience, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conflict-of-interest searches using the firm's conflicts database
- Manage conflict resolution processes and maintain accurate client, matter, and party records
- Prepare conflict reports and communicate findings to attorneys
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure complete and accurate intake information
- Support timely matter openings by enforcing firm intake policies
- Assist in implementing new conflicts and intake procedures
- Provide training to attorneys and staff on updated conflicts protocols
- 1 years of conflicts experience in a law firm (required)
- Professional demeanor with strong judgment and ability to work independently and in teams (required)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to escalate and communicate issues appropriately

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
