Your role at Afni: As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will primarily handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers looking to purchase auto insurance. Expect a supportive environment where you can learn and grow your career while delivering outstanding customer service.
Expectations for applicants: Deliver exemplary customer service to incoming calls while demonstrating product knowledge to address and resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Responsibilities include processing orders, updating accounts, maintaining records, and showcasing effective multitasking skills alongside a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- Minimum six months of experience in a service or sales environment.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
- Proficient in multitasking and time management.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy is required.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a GED or High School Diploma.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
