Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety in all tasks.
- Exhibit the highest level of professionalism and integrity with both customers and colleagues.
- Serve as an empathetic advisor by utilizing our extensive training to recommend tailored, innovative solutions for commercial clients.
- Meet sales targets by actively prospecting for new business and managing assigned leads.
- Leverage marketing tools to drive business development.
- Conduct thorough inspections of customers’ properties, with training provided.
- Provide informed recommendations based on inspections, clarifying any queries and setting clear expectations.
- Use provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training supplied.

Minimum Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary Sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license needed.
- Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification (company paid).
- Capability to work independently in the field while engaging with customers in their homes and businesses.
Physical Demands / Working Conditions:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limit.
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, which may require climbing or balancing.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
