Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and health information management.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient visits.
  • Conduct nursing duties, such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and assisting with clinical tasks.
  • Monitor patients and document any changes in their conditions and manage necessary actions.
  • Operate X-Ray equipment to capture diagnostic images.
  • Communicate procedures clearly to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during X-Ray Scans.
  • Ensure imaging equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
  • Assist patients in utilizing virtual medicine services.
  • Complete patient charts accurately and on time, ensuring proper protocol is followed.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients and colleagues, contributing to a friendly work atmosphere.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:

  • Complete all training to effectively onboard and train new staff members.
  • Engage with the Learning and Development team to oversee training processes.
  • Facilitate welcoming introductions and tours for new employees on their first day.
  • Provide weekly evaluations on trainees' progress to the Learning and Development team.
  • Submit final evaluations and proof of proficiency for review after training.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technician, preferably in a clinical or urgent care setting.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Full Scope X-Ray Technologist State License required.
