Overnight Office Clerk

An Industrial Baker in Franklin Park, IL is currently seeking a full-time Overnight Office Clerk. We are a privately owned industrial baker providing high quality products to a local area network. We are looking for an Office Clerk that can perform a variety of tasks according to a weekly schedule, requiring knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures and may include a combination of job functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Transportation Manager

• Answering Phone and Emails

• Customer Service

• General Data Entry

• Filing

• Scanning

Education/Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment

• Able to work independently

Skills/Qualifications

• Type 30-50 wpm

• Data Entry

• Experience using Microsoft Office products - Word and Excel

• Professional Demeanor

• Bilingual-Spanish a Plus

Compensation

• Overnight Position ( 5 days- 2am to 10am)

• Wages $16.00- Based on Experience
