Our client is a Fortune 500 multi-national technology company headquartered in Menlo Park, CA.
Summary:
We're looking for a Content Strategist to manage updates across the Help Centers, which includes the ***, Instagram and Business Help Centers. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in digital content management and content strategy. They will be experienced at hands-on drafting and editing in a CMS, content structuring, and proactive problem solving. They will be a skilled communicator who can effectively use a variety of business communication tools to get the information they need and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Create, edit, and publish Help Center content in clear, jargon-free language that accurately explains how to use business tools.
  • Execute the Help Center content strategy for product updates, managing feedback from cross-functional partners including Marketing, Technical, and Business teams.
  • Consistently produce content that meets or exceeds quality standards.
  • Manage tight publishing timelines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in digital content writing and management, including proficiency with CMS platforms and HTML.
  • Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to produce clear, accurate, and engaging public-facing content.
  • Ability to meet tight publishing deadlines with high attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience writing technical or educational guides for consumers or businesses.
  • Background in a global technology company or digital-focused industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing or communications industries.
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
