Role Overview: Lead Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage an offshore development team, ensuring effective collaboration and delivering high-quality code.
  • Evaluate, assess, and recruit new offshore team members to enhance our technical capabilities.
  • Contribute actively to development projects while exemplifying coding best practices and standards.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of offshore projects.
  • Align offshore development efforts with the overall team goals and architectural direction.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong proficiency in React.js for front-end and Java Spring Boot for back-end services.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) for building robust, maintainable code.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Proven leadership abilities managing remote or offshore teams.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or equivalent coding assistants.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Knowledge of containerization and cloud-native application development (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Background in healthcare pricing systems or related fields.
