Community Paramedic- Home and Community Based Services

What You Can Expect:
- Full time and Part time available
- Day, swing, and night shift available. 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off schedule with 12 hour shifts
- Working with virtual nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, floor staff and in home staff
- Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at home visits
- Hands-on patient assessments in coordination with Customer Virtual Care Team clinicians.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 3 years relevant experience
- Licenses/Certifications: EMT-P State of Practice;
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
- Valid driver's license.
