Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 5 Months

Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Marketing projects - Client promotions, monitor and support open marketing projects, analyze pitch for promotion campaigns
  • Approve marketing material, work with team to setup promotions, communicate frequently with DPSMs on utilization
  • Move over data from excel template into marketing templates and post to community page.
  • Create tracking form for program that outlines dates, milestones, goals, objectives, tactics etc.
  • Collect sales data from DPSM and monitor as well as report out on performance.
  • Work with Marketing to develop marketing assets and help create program document for Dealer outlining program parameters.
  • Provide updates throughout the months on promo progress.
  • Course training development - Work with team to assist with SME communication to get new L50 courses developed
Skills
  • Marketing - 3-5 years of experience
  • Microsoft Office - especially Excel - mid level skill
  • Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Previous experience working on company promotions and campaigns
  • Previous experience with data analysis to develop marketing promotions and campaigns
  • Experience developing training courses - preferred.
