Twin City Staffing is seeking a full-time HR / payroll specialist to support daily operations within a growing organization in Saint Paul, MN. In this on-site role, you'll manage payroll processing, maintain employee records, support benefits administration, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and provide HR-related support to employees and leadership.

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Pay: $28 - $32/hr, depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | On-site

Duties of the HR / payroll specialist:
  • Manage payroll records, processing, verification, and accuracy
  • Administer and support employee benefits
  • Maintain HR documentation and personnel files
  • Manage and update employee data and system records
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide support to employees regarding payroll and HR-related questions
  • Assist with recruiting and candidate communication
Requirements of the HR / payroll specialist:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Two-year technical degree required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Experience with payroll systems and HR processes
