Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team for a 6-month contract. This role involves designing and deploying scalable applications and leading the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • 10 years of experience in Salesforce development
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, integration, and data migration
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git) and CICD tools (Gearset, Copado)
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Sales Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions by designing, coding, and deploying scalable applications using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Perform code reviews, enforce branching and merging strategies, and manage deployments using CICD tools
  • Quickly analyze and debug production issues, providing reliable fixes and long-term solutions
  • Convert complex business needs into robust technical specifications and solution designs
  • Oversee data migration and integration efforts using Salesforce APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
  • Manage end-to-end development and deployment processes, including configuration and code changes using Git and CICD tools
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Manage profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules to maintain data security
  • Customize applications using Salesforce configuration and Flow best practices
  • Build standard reports, dashboards, and CRM Analytics visuals
