THE POSITION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Insurance Analyst to support our enterprise risk and insurance management programs. This role will focus on a strong emphasis on insurance coverage management, claims management, certificates of insurance, and risk transfer strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of corporate insurance policies, risk modeling, and data analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Insurance Program Management
- Assist in the administration and renewal of corporate insurance policies (e.g., general liability, property, cyber, D&O, E&O, workers' compensation).
- Assist in analyzing insurance coverage, limits, and exclusions to ensure alignment with organizational risk exposures.
- Assist in coordinating with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders during policy renewals and claims processes.
- Obtain and track certificates of insurance (COIs) for STACK and STACK's clients and vendors.
- Assist with insurance and contract compliance.
- Track and manage insurance claims, ensuring timely reporting, documentation, and resolution.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., adjusters, legal counsel) to support claims investigations and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with insurance-related contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance certificates, policies, and claims.
- Location: Denver, Colorado
- Onsite Hybrid (report to office three days per week; 2 days from home)
- Travel: Minimal
- Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000, with 10% annual bonus potential

- Must pass comprehensive background screening
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent military experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in risk analysis, insurance, or legal field with contract compliance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and risk management software/tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in a corporate or data center environment.
- Desire to obtain professional certifications such as ARM (Associate in Risk Management), CRM (Certified Risk Manager), or equivalent.
- Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and insurance analytics.
- You are a strong communicator, you are persuasive and clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.
- You do not get flustered easily. You can juggle multiple priorities while balancing urgent requests with shifting timelines and deliverables.
