Nurse Practitioner - Orthopedics

We're seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our orthopedic team and provide top-tier care for patients with musculoskeletal conditions. In this role, you'll assist in diagnosing, treating, and managing orthopedic conditions, collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for our patients.

Nurse Practitioner - Orthopedics Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams.
  • Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, arthritis, and soft tissue injuries.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for orthopedic patients.
  • Perform minor orthopedic procedures and assist in surgeries as needed.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, including rehabilitation and pain management strategies.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, injury prevention, and recovery plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Nurse Practitioner - Orthopedics Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of NE.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a relevant specialty (Orthopedics preferred).
  • Previous experience in orthopedics or a similar field preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.
