**Job Title: Automotive Parts Consultant**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Parts Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive parts and accessories, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Automotive Parts Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the appropriate parts for their vehicles, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall operations of our parts department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist customers in locating, identifying, and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories based on their needs and vehicle specifications.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, leveraging extensive product knowledge and industry expertise.
- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of automotive parts and ensure restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to fulfill parts requirements for repairs and service orders.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on new product developments, industry trends, and changes to product lines to better serve customers.
- Maintain an up-to-date catalog of parts and ensure all information is accurately reflected in the system.
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to automotive parts or sales are a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport.
- Proficient in using computerized inventory systems and other related software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
